We are a dedicated and expanding team based in London, proudly serving clients across the UK and internationally. Our comprehensive, customer-focused services include measuring, crafting, delivering, and installing bespoke solutions. In addition to our expertly made curtains and blinds, we specialise in upholstery and reupholstery, offering bespoke furniture crafted to your exact specifications.
Our product range has recently grown to include chik blinds, alongside motorised systems and Velux solutions. We also provide a full measuring and installation service. For those preferring a more hands-on approach, we’re happy to create and deliver items tailored to your measurements.
Our Process
- Initial Contact
Begin your journey by reaching out to us through our bespoke contact page. Once we receive your inquiry, a specialised project manager will be assigned to guide you through every step of your project. - Estimate Preparation
Your project manager will review your requirements and prepare a detailed estimate. If any additional information is needed, we’ll contact you to ensure everything is clear and accounted for. - Quote and Terms
Once you’ve received the estimate, we’ll provide our terms and conditions. These outline our services in detail, so you’ll have a complete understanding of what to expect. - Measurement Options
If you choose to move forward, we’ll arrange a check measure appointment to take precise measurements of your space. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can supply your own measurements, and we’ll work from those. - Fabric Selection
We can order fabric on your behalf, or if you have your own fabric, we are happy to work with it. Your project manager will help you make the best choices for your needs. - Project Kickoff
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll issue a deposit invoice to get started. Production begins as soon as the deposit and fabric is received. - Production and Timeline
Our standard lead time is 6–8 weeks, depending on the time of year and the complexity of your order. Your project manager will keep you informed of progress along the way. - Final Steps
Before completion, we’ll issue a final invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll schedule delivery or fitting. Our team ensures that every detail is perfect, down to the last stitch.
